Your customer service rep thought it was okay to let a customer go instead of checking on option for delivery fee which is higher than an ice cream product, inspite of 500 rupees and above order, a fee seemed not value for money..so decided to order from another similar vendor.

Pretty diluted taste of pineapple. The coconut in it gets overpowered by the pineapple. Overall not a good flavor in comparison to the others. Maybe you could try kiwi n pineapple instead of coconut
